Well I'll be a bunny's uncle!

I hope they give me lots of money, too, Moe Moe, but I think I need to actually get the job first. You may rest assured, though, that once the money flows in, a not-insignificant portion of it will be ear marked for Kiwi and Lily (get it?! ear marked? cuz they're bunnies...{ahem})

Ow, Kiwi! Stop digging at my hand! I'm posting, I'm posting!

OK, bunny cookies.

1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup bunny kibble pellets
1/2 banana
1/2 carrot
2 medium bunches parsley
1/4 cup plus 1 tsp water

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Grind oats and bunny pellets into a flour-like consistency (I use a cheap blade-style coffee grinder). Puree banana, carrot, parsley and water in a blender or food-processor (if you're using a blender, start with the carrot and water, adding the parsley in small batches, finishing with the banana).

Mix all together in a medium bowl until a sticky dough forms. Roll out dough between waxed paper to 1/8"-1/4" thickness. Slice into small squares, about 1/2" on a side.

Bake on a parchment covered baking stone (or similar) for 30 minutes, checking to make sure they're not browning too much. Then turn off the heat, and let sit in the oven for an hour, until very dry. Keep in a little canister or resealable container, away from moisture.

Wow! Very elaborate. You are SUCH a good bundad. =)

Moe Moe has sooo many treats right now (alfalfa, papaya, raisins, banana chips) and I lack a grinder or baking stone, but I will keep this in mind for the future.

You've got this in the bag, my friend. :)
