And now, the season premiere of The Biggest Loser II: Loserus Maximus

So we weighed in today for the second 12 week session of my workplace's version of "The Biggest Loser"

Tipping the scales at 209.4: me.

I'm hoping that I can get down to well under 200 in the next 12 weeks. My theoretical goal is 190, meaning a nearly 20 lb loss. But hey, the more the merrier.

My boss says she's going to kick my ass this round. Hopefully, I'll have less ass to kick in 12 weeks, so maybe she'll miss.

Today's menu consisted of a Mocha Light Frappuccino from the Man Starbucks, an Italian summer salad (spring mix, little balls of fresh mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, mandarin orange segments, sliced strawberries and a raspberry-poppy seed vinaigrette plus a little cup of yogurt with fruit and granola for lunch, about 10 cups of water throughout the day, and a Roadhouse Ranch salad from Quizno's for dinner (Roast beef, cheddar, bacon, bbq sauce and ranch dressing over a mixed greens and cherry tomato salad). Plue a 3 mile walk after I got home.

Don't worry, I'm not about to turn this into a food diary. I'm just sayin' I was pretty damn good today, thank you.
