I plan on making a few long neglected ingredients for the drinks; falernum, pimiento dram, maybe trying to make my own orange bitters if the Angostura brand isn't out yet... Kevin's going to supply the booze, so once I get these books, I'll scour through for 5 or 6 good recipes that we can serve, so I can get the necessary ingredients list to Kevin. I'll try to be good, although I think the temptation to put a true blue Zombie on there is going to be too great to pass up. One per customer, though...zombies are some STRONG drinks (I speak from experience on that one...Tiki-Ti in LA...if you ever visit the town you must plan a trip there!)
